If you are in North Dakota, you may book a telehealth visit with me by choosing your appointment type on this page (to the left). I do not bill insurance for North Dakota clients at this time, though I may be able to provide you with a Superbill for you to pursue reimbursment from your insurer.

If you are in Oregon and covered (in-network) with any of the insurance networks listed below you may make an appointment (either in person or telehealth) with me through Alma Midwifery in Portland, Oregon by calling 503-512-9327. All clients who book through Alma and plan to use insurance will have a $35 registration fee assessed at booking in order to verify your benefits.

If you are in Oregon and not covered (not in-network) with the networks below, if you do not have insurance, or if you do not wish to bill your insurance, you may make a telehealth appointment by choosing your appointment type on this page (to the left). If you would like to make an in-person appointment and pay out-of-pocket/cash-pay, call 503-512-9327 to make an appointment at Alma’s clinic in Portland. The full visit fee may be due at time of booking.

NOTE: If you are booking a telehealth visit you must be in the
State of Oregon at the time of your visit to receive care. 

NOTE: Even if you book a visit for cash-pay or are out-of-network
you are still welcome to use your insurance to pay for
labs and prescribed medications.
